One visit, start to finish
Most packages are completed in a single visit of roughly 3–5 hours, including consultation.
Book & prepare
Call to pick a package and time slot. You'll get fasting instructions — typically 10–12 hours, water only — the night before.
Sample collection
Blood, urine and any required samples are collected on arrival. Carry previous medical records if you have them.
Imaging & screening
ECG, X-ray, ultrasound and other tests in your package are completed on the same visit.
Doctor consultation
A physician reviews initial findings with you the same day; the full report and lifestyle guidance follow within 24–48 hours.
