Dr. Himanshu Tyagi is a Pediatric Cardiologist practicing at Medipulse Hospital, Jodhpur, He has a vast experience of 9 years in the field of Pediatric Cardiology. Before joining Medipulse, he has worked in reputed hospitals like Apollo Hyderabad, Max Hospital Delhi, and Artemis Hospital Gurugram.
Dr. Himanshu deals with children with heart diseases (heart holes, blue babies). He is an expert in performing Pediatric Echocardiography (to diagnose the heart disease). He has been performing device closures, balloon valvoplasties also called cardiac treatment without surgery, in the smallest of the children.
Medipulse has a separate Pediatric Cardiology team to look after these babies. It is the only center in western Rajasthan, performing cardiac procedures in children.

Children Heart Specialist: Instead of finding employment in a metropolitan city, Dr. Himanshu Tyagi, Pediatric Cardiologist, decided to come to Medipulse.
In this video, he describes the various kinds of cases of congenital heart diseases that came through his desk in the initial days. He sees about 4 to 5 kids with heart problems every day, most of whom cannot even afford the travel to Jodhpur. With the help of Medipulse and various government insurance policies like Bhamashah Scheme and Rashtriya Swasthya Bima Yojana, Dr. Himanshu has treated more than 150 children with heart diseases in the past one year.
